sucks.
didn't get the job.

it was for a mortgage company that needed someone ASAP, and unfortunately, they require a background and credit check to go through; two things of which, are pristine; but because it takes 24 hrs to do, and the company needed confirmation before 5:30pm today, the job went to someone else they had on back up. even though my test scores were better...

it wasn an 8-5, five week temp job at 16.00 an hour. that would've come in mighty handy.


but they couldn't wait three hours. the girl in charge of my file was really pulling to get me this job; that's the part that sucks. her voice seemed kind of guilty. or sad. who knows.

i'm being put on a pipeline list whateverthefuck that means. basically, a temp waiting list.




got into an argument with my sister, to which i'm sure she's off to tell my mother about.



blegh.

i'm just going to cook and paint today. draw...keep my mind off things.
